Felice Herrig (1-2) will battle boxer turned mixed martial artist Jessica Rakoczy (0-2). So far, Rakoczy has had a tough time making the transition, dropping her first two bouts via ground-n-pound stoppage and armbar. Herrig, lost her first two bouts as well, but defeated Michele Gutierrez via armbar in November. Coincidentally, Gutierrez was also a boxer turned mixed martial artist, so will lightning strike twice for Herrig?
(*Catia Victoria was scheduled to make her pro debut against Herrig, but the Commission would not approve the bout.) |
