    All Female Fight Card to Benefit FFADV-Amateur Kickboxing
    In April of 2007 Althouse Gym in Fleetwood PA has graciously offered to host an all female fight card event (amateur kickboxing) to benefit FFADV. If you are interested in fighting or helping us promote this event please send an email
    please see posts below regarding an MMA fight card in NJ later in 2007

    That’s a great idea, best of luck with it. I was wondering though, why aren’t there any MMA fights on the card? I know a lot of the MMA fighters on this board support your organization.

    This is only sanctioned for kickboxing. I am going to be contacting another promoter in NJ to try and see if we can set up a MMA card in the fall of 2007 😀

    oh yeah, what ruleset will the kickboxing matches be? Muay thai, low kick, full contact?

    I will find out exact rules, it’s sanctionted by USKA and I know there will be kickboxing (no-low kick) bouts and also Muay thai bouts they will all be full contact and I do know shins are required and the feet have to be covered. Other than that as I get more info from him, I will post the specifics on here 🙂

    I contacted a promoter in NJ that will have an all female card MMA fight (cage) Anyone who is interested please contact me He holds pro and amateur events so either is ok…thanks!
