well, I would personally like to get a close to 4.0 grade average this year with school. With all the scolarships out there based on grade average, i could really use them.:)

    Good luck with that AJ.

I didn’t make any actual resolutions but I would like to be more motivated in my training and also to start weight training again. Any inspirational words would be welcomed! 😀

What’s with all the female fighters and smoking!?!?!
I noticed that about many of the fighters after the Hook’n’Shoot…like chimneys…chimneys, I tell you!

i think the only reason i still smoke is because it keeps me from attacking people i work with. fighters are supposed to be able to keep cool in everyday situations (or so says my dad/coach). but i promis you i would be in Muncy right now if not for the occational cig break.

my resolution is to make more friends and less enimies.

I don’t know how anyone could train hard and still smoke. I quit smoking after 8 months of (fairly pathetic) training because I found it too hard to breathe!

My one new years resolution is to actually be serious about my martial arts. I always say I’ll start and I never actually do it.

Mine is not to get hurt, and fight a lot. Well, my old one was “fight a lot” and I did, so I’ll just say “not get hurt” this year. hah.
