Just wanted to share with you my new venture. I’ve been running AxKickboxing.com for 6 years now. Now I’m starting Kickboxing.tv, which will be a streaming video show of Kickboxing events around the world. I have just completed our first show and it is available for free.

You need to download the Realmedia player to watch the show.

This first free edition of the show contains training and warmup footage of quite a few female Kickboxers, including Tasha Marzolla (The playboy playmate…yes she really does train like a real fighter), Kate Meehan, and Claudia Vidaurri, Melanie Kohler, Andrea Ortiz, and Gina Carrano.

There is also Muay Thai training footage of Tito Ortiz.

    http://www.kickboxing.tv/kb_video_00001.ram (link fixed, see below)

Keep in mind this is the first edition of the show. We are still working out some technical and production kinks. Some of the audio in this show was distorted. I’ll fix that over the next few days.

    Enjoy!

    Brian

I’m stoked to have a peek, but having trouble with your link…… Is it not up and running properly??? Or am I just a computer retard???? Or both? 😆

I’m glad you liked it 🙂

The show had some problems, technical and production based. But it’s only a start. The production value will increase with time.

Thanks for watching the show. Tell everyone you know.

    Brian

You can’t save streaming video without proper tools. I manage to save this stream, but is only for my personal use and I will not distribute this video without owners permision on file exchanging programs. Video is in real player format size 111 Mb.

    thomas…
I guess streaming technology isn’t perfect. We can only do so much to prevent people from saving the stream.

Since we’re covering such a fringe sport, if the streaming show gets put on peer-to-peer networks then we will probably shut the show down. We need all of the subscriptions we can get just to keep it afloat. It will take a lot of $5.99 subscriptions to cover airline, hotel and video equipment costs.

    Glad you like the show.

Like I said: your stream is safe with me. I will NOT share him. Please, don’t shut the show down . Saving streaming video is not difficult for skilled hacker, but just everybody can’t do this. For start you can protect your streams with hidden url . This will stop many amateur hackers. Of course…masters of hacking will break your protection, even if you protect site with 128 bit protection. Is no 100% protection! But if you stop 99% of hackers, your job is done . Don’t worry. I’m not one of those hacking bastards, who sell services 😈 .

This is an example of with hidden url protected streams

Of course… many people can save those videos too, but this protection will stop a few of them. Is no 100% protection.
