Trenton, New Jersey on July 14 at the Sovereign Bank Arena

The vacant women’s 135-pound championship belt will be on the line when Tara LaRosa squares off with New Yorker Laura D’Auguste.

Figures, that this fight only comes around when I have a booked family vacation. I’d love to see these two ladies in the ring.

Im a big Laura fan. I hope she wins, but Tara has been active and fighting well. Laura will have her hands full with this one.

    Go Laura

I’m really encouraged to see some of the top talent putting it on the line against each other these days and getting their paydays via promotions such as Bodog and the like, I hope womens boxing takes note and reacts in kind because for far too long great talent has been stagnant and will soon just fade out with what could have been. And the return of the Paulsonator! I can’t wait to see it!

Not sure I am right in saying this, but I would definately want Roxi to get the winner of this match and once and for all decide who is the best at this weight.

No such thing as “once and for all” in MMA 😉

In fact, to throw a spanner in the works, it’s arguable whether there’s such a thing as “best”… however many matches you have, the way different styles match up means that you can get a situation where A consistently beats B who consistently beats C, who consistently beats A… so who’s the best?

But no doubt it would be a good match though 8)

Right about the “once and for all” thing. Maybe “once and for all” for that night…lol. Ialso agree about your styles comments. Styles do make fights in any kind of combat. Best example: Liddel vs Jackson.
