    Irma Verhoeff vs Yoko Takahashi

Irma Verhoeff and Takahashi was a close call!
Irma was tired in the second round and Takashi was doing some “Sakuraba trics”.
But Irma took some more offensive and some more take-downs, that’s why she won.
There was a third round, cause after two rounds it was a draw, so she won by decision.

    Lucia vs Sunshine

Lucia overclassed her opponent in every round, she was playing with her “Mohammed Ali Style”.
Too bad there was no KO for Lucia.
Sunshine regained herself in the fourth/fifth round, she began to get more sharp!
But Lucia played the game like a game of chess and after the tenth round, Sunshine was checkmate.
Lucia won very clearly by decision!
    But what do we expect?
There is no woman in her weightclass that can win from her!

WOW! Looked like a great show!

Yes, Lucia is in a league of her own! She really does need to kick Christy Martin’s ass though. I don;t know if she still trains in L.A. – but I wish she would fight more….

Ex – did you say that IRMA was doing takedowns or she had been taken down?? SOunds like a close fight. It said Irma was 76 kg and Yoko was 71 – so she had 11 lbs on her too!

Do you think that they will have this event on tape in Holland?

    Yo Erin!

Irma was taking Yoko to some takedowns, but Yoko was tough as nails!

This will not be on national broadcasting.
But like every major event in Holland will this be recorderded on tape and DVD.
I think it will take some months, but it will be a official tape/DVD that you can buy in the shops.
I know a lot of tapetraders in the States have Hot2Handle/Rings tapes, so it will be no problem to find it.

Officially two rounds of five minutes, but there was a extension of a thrid round of five minutes, beacuse it was after two rounds still a draw.
