Hey! So my ideal fight weight is 115, but I like to sit in the mid thirties, making any sort of weight cut (with anything less or equal to two months warning) extremely difficult. My last fight I was able to make 119 (there was absolutely nothing more I could have done, those two months about killed me) but I do NOT want to miss weight ever again. The season is over for the summer, so I need to get my walking weight into the 120s before my next match in the fall. If any of you have any tips or recommendations that helped you lose and/or maintain whatever your body stubbornly holds onto, I’d love to hear them!
