    Meat, Leaf, and Berry Diet

    This diet is very similar to the low carb thing that everyone was doing. The difference is that with the MLB diet you can eat natural carbs. Here’s a list of things that you can and cannot eat….there are some exceptions, though.

    Things you can eat / drink:
    • Meats
    • Vegetables
    • Fruits
    • Eggs
    • Cheese
    • Oatmeal
    • Nuts / Seeds
    • Wheat bread (sparingly)
    • Peanut butter
    • Water
    • Diet Soda / Crystal Light
    • Tea (unsweetened)
    • Coffee (unsweetened)
    • 100% fruit juice

    Things you cannot eat / drink:
    • Bread
    • Pasta
    • Rice
    • Potatoes
    • Sweets
    • Soda
    • Milk / most dairy products
    • Kool-Aid / Fruit drinks

    If the product is advertised as “Low Carb” you can eat it. Blue Bunny makes low carb yogurt and ice cream and a lot of times they have stuff that is lower in carbs than any other brand but it’s not advertised as such.

    Also, if you start this diet I recommend taking a fiber supplement and a multi-vitamin (if you aren’t already). If I left anything out or you just have questions, PM me and I’ll do my best to answer.
