Not sure if this hit the board yet or not. Saw the Pancrase post but nothing about Shooto. Might be wrong.

A good thing about having a developed MMA organization system is that:
    a) good fighters can fight more often
    b) the problem of fighters sometimes avoiding each other is lessened

Fujii hopefully can continue to benefit from the above, which exists to some degree in Japanese female MMA.

Nadia is upcoming fighter from Netherlands.
She has great standing up skills and did 2 or 3 fights already.
    Great to see this fight!

Looks like Fujii won by armbar. Pics are up on sportsnavi site. Good points about the organizations. They really have been benificial I believe to the Japanese women. The fighters over there fight more often and they do fight each other. Sometimes when you have multiple organizations fighters will stick to one organization and not fight anybody from any of the others though. Luckily this hasn’t happened yet in Japan. Girls from Smack Girl also fight in Love Impact, Cross Section, Deep, etc.
