Things did not go well for Megumi Yabushita in her match against Ring
Of Combat Welterweight Champ Laura D’Auguste in Atlantic City on Aug.
    18. It started even and then Yabushita threw D’Auguste with one of her
trademark judo throws. But D’Auguste was able to get her on the ground
and wear her down. D’Auguste also hit several unanswered punch
combinations at the end of the round. The match was stopped after
round one when it was discovered that Yabushita had broken her wrist.
Congratulations to Laura D’Auguste on retaining her Ring Of Combat
    Welterweight Title.

    Benoit,

I’d have to say seeing it live that there was no spinal injury what-so-ever. Erin at worst hit her in an erector muscle and perhaps gave Yabushita the equivilant of a “frogger”. Still, and Erin knows this, it was a mistake to do it when she was gonna crush her anyways. But that wrist/arm ripper Yabushita was doing by hooking the glove was quite the dirty technique and I am sure if Yabushita had ripped Erin’s elbow and torn her tendons she wouldn’t have been too concerned. You couldn’t be, otherwise you wouldn’t bother trying to do a move like that.

It was also the only reason she was able to beat Shannon and took us completly by surprise and left us with a fucked up wrist to boot.

I totally agree with what Josh says. She was being like The Late Great Eddie Guerro

I lie I cheat I steal. In Her case it was Cheat to Win.She was all about holding on to those gloves to not get an ass whoopin.

Erin Frogged her a good one. Just Look for the video On you tube or goole its floating around cyber space if you want to see it.

Shoot I may have even posted it on the video section.

Guys, I’m joking, I have the fight. It wasn’t a strong enough elbow to do damage, and that’s just looking at the position she threw it from
