    OK so quick question…
    I train just about 6-7 days a week between strength training and cardio

    I just upped my weight(dumbbells) to 10lbs each
    Being that the weight isn’t too intense can i train about everyday or am i doing myself an injustice?

    I always leave a day in between weight training, even if they are light weights.
