The fight was at 150lb- 69kg. Congrats to team carano!

-Gina Carano beats Elina Maxwell by unanimous decision (All 29-28)
This puts carano @ 3-0 and eliana @ 1-1 in pro mma
    Round One
Both fighters come out cautious as they begin to exchange strikes. Carrano gets a nice flurry in as Maxwell gets a takedown but is unable to keep top position as Carrano ends the round on top.

    Round Two
Both fighters exchanging and Maxwell gets a takedown but Carrano reverses and briefly gets mount before Maxwell gets guard. Back on their feet, both fighters trade wildly to end the round

    Round Three

Both fighters exchange strikes with Maxwell going for a takedown but Carrano defends well as Maxwells falls on her back for a armbar. She switchs to a triangle choke and ends up on top of Carrano with a triangle but Carrano escapes and mounts Maxwell. Carrano lands strikes from the mount up until the end of the round in an entertaining fight.

Saw the fight. ’twas decent. One thing it did well was prove how ridiculous three minutes are as the limit of an MMA round.

I missed much of the “length of rounds” stuff before the show. Just lettig everybody know Gina/Elaina was 3 rounds, 3 minutes each but so were seven of the other fights. Only “fivers” were the UFC vets’ fights. 13 fights total. Hope that helps.

Good that they changed it back to 3 min. I thought that it would be set in stone for the event.
