    Hi there,

Any practitioners of Western Martial Arts knocking about here?
If so, what do you study?

    Thanks,

No, but since I train in Jun Fan Gung Fu (JKD) I should get about 33% credit. 😀

I train in what is called “American Martial Arts System”.  It’s basically a mixed martial arts system. At the core is kickboxing from the “Joe Lewis Fighting System”, but we also train Muay Thai, western boxing, Juijitsu, grappling, and just basic “self defense” moves. It’s a very dynamic system. I really enjoy it.
