I'm no Dr(searches for Rosi), but as an avid worker outer, the best advice I can give you is listen to your body. Everybody's different. Some people can handle intense training 6-7 days a week. We call those people "Freaks". The rest of us need about a day at least to recover depending on the intensity of the work out.

If you have enough energy to work out twice a day then it's time to increase the intensity of the work out. You should never finish a work out session feeling energized. To get the most of out your work out sessions, you need to build up lactic acid in your muscles(the burn you feel). The more lactic acid you build up, the stronger your muscles will become after they fully recover. Breaking work outs into two sessions a day will not build up as much lactic acid as one intense work out.

If the UFC game is like Wii Fit Plus, you should be fine using it everyday.

Harder: Yes
Longer: not quite

The trick is to increase weight and/or reps(depending on your goal) while decreasing your rest time(time between sets). The longer the rest time, the less lactic acid you'll build up. The objective is to rest enough to perform the number of reps you need to do while maintaining that lactic acid burn.

I hope this helps.

Doing heavy weight training everyday is a no-no. Your body just can't recover quick enough. However, the UFC wii can be done 6 times a week. The work-out programs P90X and Insanity are 6 days a week.

Body-weight training can also be done pretty much everyday. Think about it, gymnasts work out everyday... and look at the physiques on them!
