Thanks for posting that.

Interesting, I have a friend who races in Moto2 (The 2nd tier of world championship motorcycle racing) and he does a similar type of thing to promote balance and co-ordination. It must also be quite good for core strength.

Well, kinda sorta but not really..... Although I have extensive coaching background, it is in judo not MMA. Also, I am NOT Rousey's coach in any way, shape or form.

I am a "judo guy" first and foremost. I am also a long time fan of Rousey going back to her judo days, and with her transition to WMMA I also became a casual WMMA fan.

Does that mean that you are "kinda, sorta, but not really" one of her coaches, or does that mean you are NOT rousey's coach in anyway. That first paragraph doesn't make any sense?

Sorry for confusion... I'm a fan ... a coach yes, but not HER coach .... in fact I never met her in my life.
