135lb fighter from 1998- 2005 with a record of 13 wins and 2 losses was a woman that most fighters in her weight feared because she was a striker during her fights coming from a strong boxing background

135lb fighter from 2001-2008 with a record of 4 wins 2 losses she was trained by UFC champ Marco Ruas and built the first and original women’s MMA website and store for women first woman to headline an all women’s card hook n shoot
#4 Tara LaRosa
126lb fighter from 2002-2014 with a record of 21 wins and 5 losses Tara fought on many cards and with many fighting talents became the champion of many fight promotions one of the most feared fighters during her reign
#5 Gina Carano
143lb fighter from 2006 – 2009 with a record of 7 wins 1 loss this female fighter soon became known as the face of women’s MMA and was the champion for elite XC Gina moved on to a great career as a actor in many movies!
What Female Fighter Should Be In The MMA Hall Of Fame
This maybe a start and if you can leave a reply I will be happy to update some of this information and maybe put down more facts about these women MMA fighters that should be considered in the hall of fame! These women pushed women’s MMA to new limits and because of their hard work we now get to watch women on the UFC card. I wanted to post this for the respect to these women who did not get a chance to fight on the UFC you were just a head of your time and thank you for making women’s MMA what it is today!
