It has been a year since the # 7 ranked 145 pounder Cindy Dandois (1-0) had one of the biggest upsets in women’s MMA history, defeating # 3 ranked Marloes Coenen. People have been waiting for her second match, and now the wait is over.
Sherdog Stream Dandois vs. Hougaard Fight
The Belgian Dandois will be facing Danish fighter Maria Hougaard (1-1) at the M-1 Global Selection Series this Friday, which will be streamed live on the Sherdog website. A great showing for Dandois could lead to an invitation to the upcoming Strikeforce 145 pound tournament to find a contender for Cyborg Santos.
Hougaard is coming off a win verse Melissa Lan this past November.
The fight is a part of the M-1 Global card in The Netherlands and will be streamed live on Friday Feb. 5 at 12 PM (noon) EST/9 AM PST on the Sherdog website.
