Born and raised in California with Dutch blood running through her veins, Tiffany displayed tremendous athleticism from a very early age, excelling at both Soccer and Karate.

By the age of 17, she earned her 2nd degree (Nidan) Black Belt in Okinawan Shorin Ryu under Sensei Joey Pagliuso, going on to achieving success at world championship level. Her days at the dojo came to an end soon after high school graduation as she pursued her passion for Soccer. Tiffany was recruited to play at California State University San Marcos where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

With martial arts still constantly on her mind, one day during the off-season, Tiffany wandered into a local Boxing gym where she ended up taking a cardio Kickboxing class and caught the attention of the instructor Alexander Palma. Tiffany began training with him and quickly found herself competing again whilst climbing the amateur Muay Thai ranks.

Eventually, there were just not enough hours in the day for school, Soccer and Muay Thai. Tiffany made the heart-wrenching decision to stop playing Soccer to fully pursue a career in fighting. Tiffany’s raw skill and athleticism proved to be a strong foundation upon which she built and honed her explosive style (thus the nickname “Time Bomb”). Over the duration of her amateur career, Tiffany racked up 10 wins and acquired multiple world titles.
