i’m a size zero normally so I went with the one and they fit like a glove. they are a tiny bit snug (either because i’ve gotten incredibly buff 😉 or because they are made for intense training so we arent flashing anyone!) but they are very comfortable and just as cute in person as they are in the photos. great for high impact training! i have used them for wrestling practice and no gi jiu jitsu. as a bonus, they are pretty booty for those of us with tiny bubble butts =) i bought two pairs and love them both, will be purchasing more in the future (assuming my paycheck allows) <== not hating! they are def. worth the price! and i bet you didnt know those animal print spots are super soft for when your girls shoot those blast doubles!
